1.Q Is there a minimum order for embroidery? There is no minimum order for embroidery. We will customize any job no matter how big or small. Costing is effected by quantity.
2.Q. Do I have to buy a product from Danielle's Embroidery to have it embroidered on? No. You can come in with your own apparel and Danielle's Embroidery will be more than happy to provide it with a quality stock or custom design or logo. We do however have many garments to choose from and would make your life easier if we supplied the garment as well as do the embroidery. See our Catalogues under clothing and gifts on the website.
3.Q. Can we use our logo? YES! We can digitize your logo for a one time art set up fee charge.
4.Q. How much is the art set up fee charge? The amount of the art set up fee charge depends on the complexity of the design. Please send us your logo in a jpeg format so that we can quote accurately.
5.Q. What is digitizing? Digitizing is the process of taking an image on the computer and changing it into an embroidery format that the embroidery machine can read. It is a process that needs to be done carfully so that the stitches are laid in the proper directions for optimal results.
6.Q. What is your turn around time? We strive to have your order to you with in two weeks. This is barring any difficulty getting your product from the warehouse. We do have a limited stock supply of some items so this may make the turn around time shorter. Please feel free to make a special request when your work needs to be done quickly. We run day shift and night shift....it is sometimes possible to do work within a few hours...same day or overnight.
7.Q. What does embroidery cost? Costs are based on design size, location, and stitch count and quantity of embroideries. The number of garments ordered will be reflected in the over all price as well. If you would like a more accurate price for your design, please fill out the quote form and attach an artwork. Mention the quantity, size and location of your logo. You may also choose clothing from the different catalogues and the quote will include clothing costing too.
